I haven't tried them yet but will soon!<br /><br />Chocolate Pancakes<br />1/4 cup sugar<br />2 eggs, lightly beaten<br />1 1/2 cups buttermilk<br />3 tablespoons vegetable oil<br />1 2/3 cups flour<br />2 teaspoons baking powder<br />1 teaspoon baking soda<br />1/2 teaspoon salt<br />1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder<br />Combine sugar, eggs, buttermilk, and oil. In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto a medium heat griddle or nonstick skillet.
