Tyson turned 27 on November 13th! He wanted to make a big Mexican dinner together so we made, cheese enchilladas, chicken, pork, and steak quesadillas, refried beans, a botana, and nachos with refried beans, salsa, and cheese. It was wonderful! For Tyson's cake, he wanted Tres Leches cake. We've never made it before and it didn't turn out the way it was supposed to but it was good nonetheless. Tyson got an ice cream maker and a blender with the Birthday money he got from our parents. What a weird kid, huh! We also went out to dinner to Tucanos a couple of days after his birthday. He likes to spread his birthday over the course of a week! :)
