As a family we've read the children's version of the Book of Mormon a few times. We decided to start on the normal version. The other night we started with the Introduction. Tyson paraphrased and asked the kids questions in between to keep them listening. He asked Makayla who found the Book of Mormon. He gave her the choice between Mickey Mouse or Joseph Smith. With her love of The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, it wasn't a hard question. She immediately said, "Mickey Mouse!" Later Tyson asked who buried the plates and she immediately answered "Goofy!" She was proud of herself for answering "correctly"! :)
